A loading dock, storefront or equipment line is only as protected as the barrier in front of it. SkyHigh designs, fabricates and installs steel safety bollards that absorb or stop vehicle impact — shielding workers, structures and critical equipment from forklifts, trucks and errant traffic.
We supply the full range: concrete-filled carbon-steel pipe bollards for everyday forklift and traffic protection, surface-mounted and embedded fixed bollards, and removable or retractable units where access has to be reopened. Every bollard is sized — diameter, wall thickness, height and footing — to the impact energy of the vehicles that actually use your site.
For high-security perimeters and storefront protection we engineer crash-rated bollards tested to recognized vehicle-impact standards, then finish each unit in hot-dip galvanizing, safety-yellow powder coat or architectural stainless and decorative sleeves to suit the location. Layout, spacing and foundations are detailed to the application so the line performs the way it has to on impact.
