Annual Anchor & Fall Protection Inspections
Independent third-party annual inspection and recertification of installed roof anchors, davit arms, lifelines, ladders, and guardrails — to the cycle and standard required by ANSI Z359.2 (managed fall protection program), CSA Z259, and OSHA 1910.140 / 1926.502. Findings are delivered as stamped engineered reports with photo documentation and corrective-action recommendations.
NDT, Weld and Destructive Testing
Complete in-house non-destructive, destructive, and weld-inspection capability — covering everything from a single shop-floor weld qualification to full structural verification on installed steel. All work performed by qualified personnel and reported under engineered seal where required.
