About SkyHigh

Engineering peace of mind. Based in Metro Vancouver, serving industry, government, and infrastructure across North America and abroad.

Who We Are

A turnkey shop. Design through certification.

SkyHigh Safety Solutions Inc. is a technical, engineering-driven metal shop. We are not a middleman distributor passing off a generic safety catalogue — we design, engineer, fabricate, install and certify all forms of permanent and temporary fall protection systems under one roof.

From our 18,000+ sq ft fabrication facility in Metro Vancouver, we build custom industrial ladders, stairs, mezzanines, davit arms, roof anchors, guardrails, and climb prevention roller systems. We also operate a full in-house NDT, weld inspection, and destructive testing capability — and we deliver structural steel and miscellaneous metal contracts, including seismic upgrades, building renovations and joist upgrades for heavier roof loads.

Our team works fluently across the North American codes that govern fall protection and safe access — ANSI Z359, CSA Z259, OSHA 1910, CWB W47.1 fusion welding, and the AWS / CSA W59 weld inspection standards — which lets us play a consultant role on fall-protection plans and safe-access systems, not just supply hardware.

When you call SkyHigh, you talk to the people who understand load vectors, weld penetration, and Z359 anchor-strength requirements intimately. Protecting people is not a tagline — it is the only acceptable outcome of our work.

Analysis & Audits

We solve for your scope — not a catalogue.

Every facility is different. Every code interpretation is contextual. Our value is matching the right engineered system to your real operating reality.

We perform analysis and code-compliance audits and provide solutions that meet the client's overall scope requirements.

On-site, we audit existing fall-protection systems, anchor populations, ladders, guardrails, and access infrastructure. Findings are delivered as stamped reports with prioritized remediation, citing the exact ANSI Z359, CSA Z259, OSHA 1910 / 1926, ANSI A14, and CWB / AWS / CSA W59 clauses that apply.

From those audits we design the solution that meets the client's overall scope requirements — covering both permanent fall protection systems (anchors, davit arms, lifelines, ladders, guardrails) and temporary fall protection systems (project-specific anchorages, edge protection, work-at-height plans). Then we engineer it, fabricate it, install it, and certify it. One vendor, one accountability chain, one stamped report.

Innovation

Building products that make workers measurably safer.

SkyHigh actively develops new products that improve the day-to-day safety of the workers actually using them — not just hardware that meets a code minimum. When we see a recurring hazard that the existing market hasn't solved, we engineer the fix and bring it into the field.

We continue to invest in in-house product R&D, weld-process improvements, and inspection methodologies that make working at height demonstrably safer — all the while ensuring transparency and useability for the end user.
